 I don't mind painting as it starts to rain but if it gets too wet, I need to seek cover.  This time I got under my hatchback and continued painting.

 Beautiful blue sky here in San Antonio, TX.  I've actually wanted to do this "blue sky" painting for awhile. I had it in my mind exactly what I wanted before I even went out to paint. So it didn't take long. This was almost effortless.

 I arrived around 5:30am to paint this but the sunrise wasn't for another hour.  I'm not sure how I messed up the times. I guess I haven't painted a sunrise in awhile. So I sat there and thought about what I wanted to accomplish with this painting.  I eventually did a warm up painting from my imagination.  That usually helps the quality of the second painting.
